How do I contact AskCc support?

What should a problem report include?
Section titled “What should a problem report include?”- AskCc app version from Settings → About;
- Operating-system version and chip/architecture;
- Page and exact time of the problem;
- The shortest steps from opening the page to the failure;
- Actual result, expected result, and complete visible error;
- A redacted screenshot or short recording;
- For audio issues, the microphone, system output, and meeting-app names.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, payment credentials, identity documents, or unrelated full resumes/company secrets.
What should I check when an interview will not start?
Section titled “What should I check when an interview will not start?”- The right-side preparation panel has a language, resume, and job description.
- Both tests under Audio & Permissions show activity.
- macOS microphone, screen recording, and system audio permissions are enabled.
- At least 1 minute of interview time remains.
- The network is stable.
- Shortcuts do not conflict with another app.
What if transcripts work but there is no answer?
Section titled “What if transcripts work but there is no answer?”- Confirm Auto answer is enabled or use Ctrl+Alt+A.
- Check whether the latest transcript is a complete question.
- Type and send the corrected question.
- Retry after the network recovers.
- If it continues, record the time, app version, and visible error.
What if screenshots or the overlay do not work?
Section titled “What if screenshots or the overlay do not work?”- Screenshot fails: check screen-capture permission and restart the session.
- Overlay is hidden: press Ctrl+Alt+D.
- Shortcut panel is hidden: press Ctrl+Alt+K.
- Anti-screen-switch detection cannot be clicked: this is expected; use shortcuts.
- Overlay appears in shared content: check content protection and retest with the actual meeting app.
