What data can AskCc process?
Section titled “What data can AskCc process?”To provide the service, AskCc may process:
- Account and order information;
- Resumes, job descriptions, chat attachments, knowledge bases, and skill profiles you submit;
- Microphone audio, system audio, and transcripts during a live interview;
- Screenshots you explicitly send and recognized problem content;
- Preparation chats, generated answers, session history, usage, and necessary diagnostic logs.

Are raw audio and screenshots stored?
Section titled “Are raw audio and screenshots stored?”Raw audio is processed for real-time transcription and is not retained by AskCc as a reusable recording. Screenshots you submit for recognition or answer generation may be uploaded to private storage and retained with the related message or session. Transcripts, recognized problem text, chats, and generated answers may also remain until you delete the related record or account, or until another applicable retention trigger.
After an account-deletion request, AskCc invalidates authentication, ends product access, and handles account content and direct identifiers according to product capabilities, backup rotation, and applicable law. Payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or dispute records may be isolated for the relevant purpose and period.
Is interview material sent to third-party model services?
Section titled “Is interview material sent to third-party model services?”To generate a result you request, AskCc may send the relevant minimum context to the currently configured model and infrastructure providers. Select only material needed for the role and remove unrelated personal data, company secrets, and content you are not allowed to process.
Provider-side logging, abuse monitoring, and retention are governed by provider controls, configuration, and agreements. See Data Processing.
Is my data used to train shared models?
Section titled “Is my data used to train shared models?”AskCc does not authorize personal business data for shared-model training unless it separately offers that program and obtains the permission required for that purpose.
How do the China and Global services differ?
Section titled “How do the China and Global services differ?”AskCc operates China and Global service partitions that may use different regional infrastructure, payment methods, and providers. Choose the service that fits your location, account, and data requirements. The policy under the corresponding domain is authoritative.
How do I access, export, correct, or delete data?
Section titled “How do I access, export, correct, or delete data?”- Edit or delete visible interview profiles, knowledge bases, documents, and account data where the product exposes those controls.
- Turn off marketing communications under Settings → Account.
- Permanently delete the account under Settings → Account.
- Email support@pyznai.com with the account and request type.
Response periods, identity verification, deletion, and legally required retention exceptions are defined by the current Privacy Policy.
What should I check before uploading material?
Section titled “What should I check before uploading material?”- Does it contain identity documents, contact details, compensation, health data, or unrelated sensitive information?
- Does it contain former-employer or client secrets?
- Do you have the right to upload and process it?
- Does the current interview profile need the whole file?
- Can a redacted excerpt or your own retrospective replace the original?
